Dave, get well soon, I know you have the strength to make a speedy recovery. I had the pleasure of driving Dave B up to the Montreal airport with my husband, Dave T, both from Vermont on their flight out to Banff, and I agree, Dave is so positive and has such a unique take on life, I am sure he will pull through this all. My thoughts are with all three of you, Lexi, Linnaea, and of course big Dave- Annie
