Props to Kurt for racing a great Tour for a rookie. Very few errors, always a threat in the back of my mind. He will be a favorite for the overall if he returns. The dust storm scenario is a commn one for that area and exactly how I finished last year's race (image here: http://tourdivide.org/photos/new_mexico#630 ). It feels like a real act of "god" when all those natural forces come together to squeeze you through the gap and send you out of the Divide racing "wormhole" from which you've existed for two+ weeks. It's a special way to go out Kurt. Enjoy the rest. We're all proud of you at TD.
Kurt!
