Racer update about:

Dave Nice

Hello its about 3:30 or 4:00 pm. I'm calling from Condon, MT. I'm off route. I'm throwing in the towel. I've been fighting a fever and chills most of the day. At this point, my plan is ride to Missoula and catch Greyhound or Flight Home back to Denver. Feeling really crappy. I've been coughing most of the day and night. Didn't make it that far yesterday. Not working so great. Anyway good luck to everyone else out there. Hope everyone has much better luck than I. Anyway, later.

Bummer Dave!! Another good adventure though at least. Maybe next year! Chris was really looking forward to running into you and trying to make you feel better, but he must've passed by as you were sleeping at Swan Lake. Hope you make it back here safely. Feel better.

Nice work, Dave. If you were only feeling a little better, I'm sure you would have knocked that race out. Jill got a recumbant Catrike last weekend and I got a new bike too. When you get rested up we'll all have to go out for a ride (if you don't mind going with a couple of newbies). Great job again!
