What's your key to speed? ...Limiting off-bike time?
I'm wondering how important it is for these guys to "keep it moving." --To limit their off-bike time and be fast with all that transition stuff, like getting food and pitching and breaking camp. In short, how do "transitions" compare with just plain riding fast? Thanks! -- Jeff Potter, itinerant reporter who dares to help with the media yet doesn't even know much yet! : )
