Cricket Butler calls in from Butte after battling the elements all day. She managed to get some work done on her bike and shoe.

Was so nice to give you a hug yesterday. You looked GREAT compared to last year. You have some unfinished business on the TD route. By the looks of your bike you're seriously going for Antelope Wells and you know what..you'll make it. Your mental prep from last year's experiences is your insurance policy. Be smart, stay safe, and continue riding with someone to keep your head in the game.

Glad we got you fixed up. Isn't Rob creative with cycling footwear? The weather looks like it will hold for the next 24-48 hrs. Hopefully the route to Lima will be better for you and you won't have to push your bike 13 miles through the mud. Keep it touch, we'll be watching your progress. I'll send you and Geoff some pictures. You ever get to Vegas give me a call.
