Hello Bruce,

Paul here, cheering you on from after the finish line. If it helps keep you going, I can tell you that, though New Mexico may be tough, it's also some of the most beautiful scenery on the route; as for Antelope Wells, a miserable collection of air-conditioned concrete shacks in the middle of the desert has never seemed more alluring. Everything tastes/smells/look fantastic afterwards too.
