John Fettis calls in from Steamboat

Racer update about:

Hi this is John Fettis, calling in from Steamboat.

Quite an eventful couple of days. Day before yesterday we set off from Pinedale at about 5am, and we had a pretty good tail wind so quick lunch stop at Atlantic City, and decided to make best use of the tail wind, kept it rolling across the basin. Didn't quite make it to Rawlins, made about 207 miles that night. Stopped just short of Rawlins, about 15 miles outside of town. Just crashed there.

However, paid the price for that. Did a bit too much of an effort there and ended up with some pretty sore legs just around the knee area. Yesterday was a bit of a wipe out and the pelaton have passed me again now. I'm just chilling out in Steamboat for a couple of hours, getting the bike fixed and getting some decent food in. Gonna roll out and hopefully get to Radium tonight, and rejoin up with the guys again there. So all good fun. Yesterday not so good - bit of a low point really. But still going alright.

Bye for now, See ya!
