Mike calls in from Pinedale, Wyoming
Michael called in after spending the night camping at Union Pass at an altitude of about 9,000 feet. It was brutally cold and he's hit a bit of a brick wall so he's going to get some rest in Pinedale, Wyoming. Knees are sore, but he should be out of Wyoming in a few days.

We're rooting for you Mike!

HANG IN THERE
Mike,
This is Rick Ashton and I was hoping you could catch up to me before I decided to bail because it was starting to get too expensive for me. You are doing great for riding alone for so long. It was good to see that you rode with Bruce for a while. It's good to take an off day to recoup. It should be easier from Pinedale until you get into the Rockies. The rain has been brutal this year and really adds to the misery but just slow it down during the wet times and make progress moving ahead.
"Old Man" Rick
